We are looking for individuals who enjoy being part of a team and working with the public. All candidates must possess integrity, willingness to learn, initiative, accountability, and a positive composure.
Kitchen Staff must have at least one year of experience, work effectively under pressure, able to effectively train others, adhere to all cleanliness and quality standards, and assist in maintaining appropriate food cost.
Front Staff must have a welcoming and presentable composure with an outgoing personality, be helpful to others, smile often, say “please” and “thank you”, and enjoy working with the public.
Management must have at least one year of experience, be able to work effectively as a leader, coach members and provide guidance, display time and priority management, ensure shifts run smoothly, handle conflict resolution, maintain quality, cleanliness, customer service standards, maintain adequate food cost, and display the utmost highest standards as a leader.
All applicants must be willing to take a background and/or drug test prior to hiring.
